Small Group Training at the Y gives you the best of both worlds — the camaraderie and energy of working out alongside others, combined with the expert instruction and personalized attention of a certified personal trainer. You’ll sweat together, laugh together, and reach your goals together, all in a focused, supportive environment. With a maximum of 8 participants per class, our trainers can zero in on individual needs to ensure proper technique and provide real encouragement. We offer two Small Group Training formats: Synergy Small Group Training and Warrior Workout.

Synergy and Warrior packages are available in 4, 8, 12, or unlimited sessions.
Y Member:

Frequently Asked Questions
Synergy is a 30-minute full-body cardio and strength workout available at all Y locations. Warrior Workout is a high-intensity training program held exclusively in the Warrior Room at the Ogden YMCA and Valley Tennis Center. To find a Warrior, Workout class, select Warrior $ at the Ogden YMCA.
Classes are capped at 8 participants, ensuring your trainer can provide individual attention and coaching throughout the session.
No prior experience is required for Synergy. Warrior Workout is designed to challenge participants at every level — our trainers vary the format so there’s always a way for everyone to push themselves.
