UKG
UKG Ready is our HR system that helps you manage all aspects of your employment in one place. In addition to electronic timekeeping and employee self-service, you can use UKG to clock in and out, view and edit your timesheet, submit timecard corrections, and track your hours worked. You also have easy access to your pay information, including pay history and upcoming pay dates, as well as benefit details and accruals. Within the system, you can view important company documents, update your personal information, and access key employment resources—all designed to give you quick, convenient access to the tools and information you need every day.

Download the mobile app: Search “UKG Workforce Ready Mobile” and download. Company Name: 6149200.
- Logging into a device for the first time? You will be required to verify your identity, so be sure to check the box if you do not wish to verify every time you log in!
- If you get locked out of your account, your supervisor can unlock your account and/or update your password.
- Use the “forgot password” link if you don’t remember your password, before being locked out.
Clocking In vs Logging In:
- Clocking In: Can be done “outside of the system”, meaning you don’t actually log into the system where you access your personal employment information. This happens on the front screen by clicking “Clock In” or “Clock Out”
- Logging In: Happens when you click the Log In button and it takes you inside the system where you can access your personal employment information.
Multiple jobs:
Your primary position will be the standard “clock in/out” position- to clock into your secondary position(s) click “change primary position” and that will clock you in or give you options of other job positions
Click MY PAY> PAY HISTORY
To allow the YMCA to give you access to your W2 in UKG:
- Click MY HR> FORMS> GOVERNMENT FORMS> W2s
- Click the blue button that says ELECTRONIC CONSENT at the top right.
To access your finalized W2:
- Click MY HR> FORMS> GOVERNMENT FORMS> W2s
